Scott Lachmiller

Scott Lachmiller serves as vice president of operations for TRG, overseeing the company’s North American manufacturing operations, fabrication services, and warehouse distribution. His focus is on building and enabling strategies to deliver operational excellence across TRG’s production footprint, ensuring the organization consistently delivers high‑quality products with speed and reliability for our customers.

Scott joined TRG in 2026 after two decades with O-I Glass in a variety of roles across engineering, operations, and strategy.  Throughout his career, he has overseen large‑scale initiatives, guided strategic and capital planning efforts, and led the full build‑out and operation of a 24/7 greenfield manufacturing facility. Scott is known for his unwavering commitment to a strong safety culture, his servant‑leadership approach that fosters teamwork and collaboration, and his process‑ and data‑driven mindset for delivering cross‑functional solutions.

Scott holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo, an MBA from Bowling Green State University, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Outside of work, Scott and his family can be found enjoying outdoor activities from fishing to camping. He resides in Pemberville, Ohio along with his wife, Laura, and their three sons.
