Katie Nagle

Katie Nagle is the vice president of sales for TRG. Katie oversees sales activity for all TRG business units, including managing internal sales professionals and large strategic accounts.

Katie joined the TRG team in January 2024. Previously, she was program manager for the Convergint Development Program at Convergint, leading the entry-level training program for sales representatives. In addition to her time at Convergint, Katie has worked for CDW, Otis Elevator, Johnson Controls, and Schindler Elevator Corporation. She joins the team with an extensive background in sales, sales leadership, and sales training, including holding various positions driving revenue and profit for Fortune 500 companies.

Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in Management and Marketing.

Katie takes her passion out of the office, teaching indoor cycling, coaching her daughter's soccer team, and helping run her small business in town.

Katie also loves to travel to any beach or Disney destination. Katie, her husband Chris, and their daughter live in Perrysburg, Ohio.
