Glenn Arbaugh

Glenn Arbaugh is the vice president of operations for TRG. In his role, Glenn is responsible for the warehouse shipping, fabrication services, and manufacturing operations in North America. In his new role, Glenn will work to build strategies directed towards cost optimization and efficiency improvements while continuing to deliver quality products to our customers.

Glenn joined the company with the Johnson Plastics Plus division in 2023. Prior to that, Glenn spent more than 30 years in the rubber industry with the Cooper Tire & Rubber Company. He held a wide variety of engineering and operational leadership positions, including an international assignment in China (Shanghai) for four years leading product development. Most recently, Glenn was the Executive Director of Global OEM Light Vehicle business and Transformation for Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology with a focus on design from Ohio Northern University. Interestingly, Glenn is also a co-author on a US patent related to tire vulcanization technology. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, golfing, watching sports and cooking.

Glenn and his wife Ann live in Findlay, Ohio near their three adult children and two grandchildren.
